A fast growth accountancy practice have an exciting new role for a Semi Senior to join their team. Working across a prestigious portfolio of music clients this role offers a full study package, hybrid working (2 days in the office) and real opportunities for career progression.

Based in amazing offices our client has a fabulous work culture, this role is well suited to accounting professionals with a real passion for music.

Responsibilities:

• Day to day client bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable.

• Dealing with queries from clients/booking agents/external bookkeepers.

• Tour accounting, including withholding tax work.

• Reviewing work carried out by junior team members.

• Preparation of quarterly VAT returns.

• Preparing management accounts.

• Preparing year-end accounts.

• Assisting in the preparation of information to non-UK accountants/business managers.

The successful candidate

• Experience working in an accountancy environment

• Music accounting experience is highly desirable but not essential.

• AAT/ACCA/CIMA/ACA studier

• Excellent communication skills with a real desire to progress and develop

• A passion for music is a must!
