A global tech giant have a newly created role for a Payroll Specialist to join their team. Supporting the finance & HR team this role will be responsible for day to day running of the payroll function. Responsibilities:


  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including collecting, calculating and inputting payroll data for all employees.

  • Provision of payroll data and coordinating the payroll processing with external payroll provider Payroll Options in a professional manner

  • Maintaining accurate employee records, including attendance, leaves and personal information.

  • Pension auto-enrolment requirements including communications with staff, processing optout, liaising with pension provider and The Pension Regulator as required.

  • Processing overtime and taxable benefits for employees, commissions, bonues etc

  • Conducting regular payroll audits and ensuring compliance with UK labour laws, tax regulations and statutory requirements.

  • Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts


The successful candidate:

  • Minimum 4 years Payroll experience

  • Confident with payroll laws and compliance

  • CIPP Qualification will be advantageous but not essential

  • Excellent communication skills
