Junior Finance Manager
40 - 45k + full study support if required

A well established music label have an exciting new role for a Junior Finance Manager to join their team. Supporting the Directors across day to day finance & accounting, month end and reporting this role will be hands on with ample opportunities for progression and development.
Ideally suited to an ambitious finance professional keen to get involved in everything from day to day to strategic decision making this position offers hybrid and flexible working, as well as a full study package if required.
Responsibilities:
Manage day to day accounting including accounts payables, receivables, payments, expenses and management of ledgers
Prepare weekly and month-end reports, including reporting
Oversee monthly royalty reporting
Reconcile royalty accounts & month-end reconciliations
Assist in preparing management accounts and finance reports
Help with sales, KPI, and ad hoc reporting
The successful candidate:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance or accounting
Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail and communication skills
Advanced proficiency in financial software, particularly XERO, and advanced Excel skills
Excellent communication skills
