A global manufacturing giant have an exciting opportunity for an Area Sales Manager. This fully remote role is responsible for managing the full sale cycle within a prestigious woodworking machinery brand. Supporting senior stakeholders this opportunity will be responsible for driving sales strategy within the UK and offers ample career progression, a leading commission and bonus structure as well as excellent benefits.... a role not to be missed!
Ensure quarterly sales targets are met and exceeded
Maintain and improve the KPI's
Ensure the brand opportunities are up to date in the CRM to enable accurate brand sales forecasts
Liaise with the Brand Sales Mangers to update the progress of existing orders
Maintain consistent understanding on the condition of the opportunities
Understand demonstration machines within the Tech Centre
Liaise with the Brand Sales Managers to ensure representative demonstrations are available
The successful candidate:
Experience within Woodworking Machinery is essential, either in a sales or technical capacity
Significant experience working with world class manufacturing equipment
Knowledge of mechanics / electronics related to industrial machinery
Self motivated, driven and a real desire to succeed
Excellent communicator
This role will be remotely based with travel across the UK as required.
